The Therapy Process

In your therapy session, you and I have a conversation to address the areas of concern that are present in your life. We focus on those areas that rob you of vitality and decrease your energy level. Together we look at what is important to you. I will help you stay focused on your commitments even as fear arises. Fear is the natural response that we have towards many situations in our life. Instead of avoiding a fearful situation, you will learn to look at it closely and use it as an opportunity to gain insight into the nature of your being.

As you define your truth, you will learn to stay centered internally so that you can work with your discomfort. Through this process you will learn to diminish behaviors that distract and take your energy away and focus your attention on your inspirations and commitments. You will gain a set of practices that will help you distinguish clarity from confusion, encourage love, develop forgiveness, and amplify your self-acceptance. Self-acceptance provides you with the ability to be patient and achieve the goals you desire. Self-respect is the key to facing your adversities, living a life of integrity and unleashing your creative desires.
