Keeping the Mind in the Heart: A study of yoga philosophy and the yoga sutras.
It's so easy to get caught up in our daily routines and feel like we're missing the experience of life. Our mind is mechanical, operating from memory and past experience. How do we use our heart to think, as it is the source of creativity and wisdom. Join Paula in learning the teachings of the yoga sutras. In dialogue, we will look at how thought and emotion impact our body, and see how yoga philosophy aids in developing our spiritual practices.
