| Iyengar - Developed by BKS Iyengar, one of the world's most acclaimed yoga masters. Mr. Iyengar's approach is marked with dynamics and precision. Invigorating poses as well as calming restorative poses are taught with emphasis on alignment, symmetry and technique. Yoga props are used to help safely open the body, build strength and flexibility and develop the body mind connection. |
